Monkey Budz offers free standard shipping for order over $60* and free express shipping for orders over $100**.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • The order value must exceed $60 excluding shipping & $100 excluding shipping to qualify for complimentary shipping.
  • The Order must not exceed 3kg’s.
  • Orders exceeding 3kg’s may be incur additional freight charges.
  • Remote delivery addresses are excluded from this offer.
  • Offer not available to wholesale customers.

How Long Will It Take?

Please note these delivery time frames are an estimate only. On some occasions the time taken to deliver your vape mail may extend further than the times indicated below. Monkey Budz will not be held liable for any uncollected or returned parcels/orders. In the event your order is returned to us and is of no fault of our own, you will be liable for additional shipping and handling costs. Monkey Budz will not offer refund or exchange for uncollected or returned parcels/orders.

General Shipping Information

We endeavour to process all orders placed before 6pm the same day. Any orders placed after 6pm will be processed the next day. In some circumstances it can take up to 2 business days to process your order. All parcels include a tracking number that will be sent to you once your order has been processed. If you require a signature on delivery option please specify in the checkout.

If no one is available to sign for your parcel and “Signature on Delivery” has not been noted Australia Post has the authority to leave your parcel in a secure location of their choosing. All online orders are sent from our storage facility in South West Sydney NSW.
